Responsible for the front-end design of Veritas Health properties. Over the course of 8 years, we updated from a non-responsive, non-mobile friendly site, to a fully responsive custom Drupal theme.

Established the company’s first accessibility guidelines for all sites, meeting WCAG 2.1 AA standards. Created internal documentation, updated brand style guides, worked with a third party to audit and remediate accessibility issues on our sites. Improved Google Lighthouse accessibility score from an average of 55 to 100/100. Captioned 250 videos, and managed audit and re-writing of over 1,000 alt tags for medical imaging.

Improved time on page for Doctor Profile redesign by 42% and improved click-thru-rate for appointment requests from 0.2% to 4%.

Led project to create a website highlighting fundraising efforts for a $65 Million capital campaign. Created content calendar, wireframes, and worked with graphic designer to create look and feel of the site.

Drupal drives the Digital Signage at the Gatton College of Business and Economics. I created a calendar content type, and used various views and taxonomy to deliver the calendar content to three television screens throughout the building. Five content editors were trained update the college calendar through Drupal.

Redesigned InboxOrange.com, an email marketing company. I reorganized the content on the site and created templates for the web developer.

A responsive experiment that took the existing print viewbook for the undergraduate program and made it accessible online.

Designed HTML emails for various campus departments. Worked as a team with the IT director and Marketing director to create a student-recruitment funnel system, tracking electronic correspondence with potential students from initial contact through application and acceptance.

Developed, managed and designed a large corporation intranet site of over 40 pages using original graphics and handcoded HTML/CSS; worked alongside various stakeholders including vice-presidents, IT staff and copywriters. Internal site visits increased 300% over a four month period.
